Some of our properties that we offer for sale are not offered to the public in an initial marketing phase at the request of our clientele for reasons of discretion. Due to some search mandates as well as our good contacts to private bankers and family offices in Switzerland and abroad, there is the possibility that real estate transactions are processed without us publicly advertising the properties. Our focus is mainly on tax-efficient regions in Switzerland.

For foreign clients, we work closely with lawyers and tax advisors. We support our clientele in handling tax matters - in particular in advising and drafting flat-rate taxation agreements with the cantonal authorities.
